This item works exactly as it was expected, even better somehow. We bought it for our master bedroom and it quickly cools the room down to a very comfortable temperature.Our window seems a little different from the others, after the installation we could see some small gaps from outside. I was a bit nervous about this at first but it doesn't seem to affect it's ability to cool the room down. Very pleased with this AC so far

Works great for 1 room, my condo is about 570sqf, with couple of walls bedroom and kitchen in between didn’t cool the living room as much, put it in the bedroom takes about 20min to cool the room, after couple of hours it will be really cold. For the price highly recommend.
